STATED INCOME & STATED INCOME/STATED ASSET

·        Target Salaried or Self-Employed Borrowers. 

·        Primary and Investment Houses.

·        Income and/or Asset is Stated, But Not Verified. 

·        No Tax and/or No Bank.  Credit Score as Low as 540. 

·        Primary House: Credit 680+, Excellent Rate.

·        Down as Low as 0% (700 credit score), 5% (660), 10% (620), 20% (580), 25% (560), 30% (540).

·        Term 10, 15, 20, 30 years.

·        Low Interest Rate. Interest Rate is Based on Low Monthly Average 3-Month CD Bank Saving Rate and Equal to 3-M CD Rate + 3.650% on Primary House and + 3.75% on Investment.  Adjusted Monthly.

§               Community Home Buyer:  - program for first time homebuyer.  Borrow up to 103%.  Full doc only.  Fixed rate.

 

§               Fast-Closing Commercial Loan - Various types of commercial properties, loan amount 25K – 2.00M, down 25-40% dependent on type pf property and credit score, income and asset are stated, but not verified. No tax and no bank. Fixed or adjustable rates. 15-year term. Fast closing.
